Carroll Building Group was founded on a simple belief: quality construction requires personal involvement.
After more than 25 years in the construction industry, I recognised that many clients were becoming just another project number. Communication suffered, attention to detail was lost, and the personalised service that should accompany a significant investment was often missing.
Carroll Building Group was established to provide an alternative—combining craftsmanship, professionalism, and direct client relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes across building, carpentry, and consulting services.
By intentionally limiting the number of projects undertaken, we are able to provide dedicated attention, clear communication, and a level of service often lost within larger construction companies.
Meet Jay
With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jay Carroll brings extensive expertise across building, carpentry, insurance repair, and construction consultancy.
Beginning his career as a qualified Carpenter and Joiner, Jay developed a strong foundation in quality craftsmanship and practical construction. He later owned and operated a successful carpentry business from 2009 to 2019, delivering residential and commercial projects throughout Western Australia.
Over the past seven years, Jay has held senior roles within the insurance building sector, managing repair and restoration projects, contractor networks, and complex building repairs. This experience includes four years with industry-leading insurance builder ML Builders, overseeing project delivery and client outcomes across a broad range of insurance claims.
As a Licensed Builder, Jay combines hands-on trade experience with project management and consulting expertise, providing clients with practical advice and quality outcomes from planning through to completion.
